You can mark a job as hired by using the quick actions list of a job

1. On the Jobs screen, select the quick actions list.
2. Select the Mark job as confirmed [hired] option.
   When you select this option, the status of the job will change to Confirmed.

If you use both the hipages business app and the Tradicore app, the Mark job as confirmed [hired] option will be displayed on both apps (Mark as hired in hipages). However, if you select the option in one app, all related statuses will be updated and the option will be automatically updated across the apps.

For example, when you select the Mark job as confirmed [hired] option in Tradicore, the option will not be displayed in the hipages business app. But the lead will be moved from the Accepted screen to the Hired screen.
