Tradiecore Settings

To generate a report of your invoice history, follow these steps:

1. On the To Do screen, select Settings (by clicking the icon at the top right of the screen).
2. Select Reports.
3. On the Reports screen, select Request to generate a report.
   You will receive an email containing a csv file of your full invoice history in Tradiecore.

To view your account settings,

1. On the To Do screen, select Settings (by clicking the icon at the top right of the screen).
2. Select Account Settings.

The Account Settings screen displays the following details:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address

You cannot change the information displayed on the Account Settings screen. If you need to change your personal information reach out to the Tradiecore support team by selecting Contact Support. You can choose to either call or email support.

You can now access and view your hipages subscription invoices in Tradiecore. To see your invoices:

1. On the To Do screen, select Settings (by clicking the icon at the top right of the screen).
2. Select My Plan. This displays the My Plan screen, showing you the Invoices and Credit Card options.
3. To see your hipages subscription invoices, select Invoices.
   You will be taken to a new browser window.
4. Enter your hipages username and password to see your invoices.
   This option is only applicable to hipages tradies.
5. To change the information about the credit card used for subscription payments, select the Credit Card option.
   You will be taken to a new browser window.
6. Enter your hipages username and password to login.
7. Enter the new credit card information and select Save.
